Amazon’s Supply Chain Product team is seeking a Sn Program Manager who is excited to lead an exciting cross-functional, SVP level visibility program to transform our Amazon Fresh Stores. To be successful in this role, you must have a high capacity for Learn and Be Curious, be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, be an effective communicator, and be organized. Our business moves rapidly, and it’s important to be able to adapt to the latest changes in the business, system and tools. You will work directly with business stakeholders to define strategy and requirements, and then lead projects from design through delivery.
As a Sn Program Manager on the Grocery Instock product team, you will focus on exciting and challenging problems, including:
- Deliver complex, large scale, strategic programs from initiation through delivery, on-time and with quality.
- Manage implementation of program on the ground (travel required to site in NJ) and problem solve live with teams on site
- Proactively identify and mitigate program risks and obstacles by collaborating closely with operations and business partners and key tech and non-tech stakeholders. This includes effectively communicating with, and influencing, directors, S-Team stakeholders across multiple parts of the organization.
- Become an expert in the grocery business (particularly physical stores environment), identify root causes for challenges, and then design and implement creative solves.
- Create mechanisms (MBR, weekly updates, task tracking) for program
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
