The System and Supportability team is responsible for Infrastructure planning and end to end supply chain systems.
The System and Supportability team is responsible for Infrastructure planning and end to end power and supply chain systems. In this role, you will be part of the leadership team. This is a high-influence role working with directors and Sr. managers to drive programs to completion with minimal oversight. You will track goals and lead goals review, lead inclusion initiatives, set communication/events calendars, run new ideas programs, and own initiatives that will contribute to and enhance the organization's culture.
The ideal candidate is a leader that can think and communicate strategically while also executing tactical actions. On one hand, you will directly interact with senior leaders and executives and must be fluent in executive communication to gain support for new initiatives and obtain consensus. On the other hand, you will also be responsible for delivering on your initiatives, and must have both excellent interpersonal and writing skills to work across different teams and organizations to deliver results in an ambiguous operating environment.
Key job responsibilities
As a Senior Program Manager for the Systems and supportability team you are responsible for
- Organizing reviews for and ensuring content completion of docs that are going up to leadership.
- Leading initiatives that are related to organization health including newsletter, connection reporting, survey completion rates.
- Managing and promoting organization events including, all hands, AMA, regional happy hours, office hours, etc.
- Running staff meeting and preparing content for it including connection reports and HC reports.
- Ensuring goal updates are done on time and review and prepare goal reports.
- Managing OP1, OP2, and 3Y plan schedule and deliverables.
- Managing Roster.
- Leading initiatives on diversity equity and inclusion MBRs/QBRs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
