At AWS Infrastructure Services, we're seeking a collaborative and innovative TIPM to join our diverse team. You'll tackle complex supply chain challenges, ensuring reliable and cost-effective delivery of critical cloud infrastructure.
In this role, you'll develop creative solutions to improve supply chain performance, working with cross-functional teams across AWS. Your analytical skills and business acumen will be key in addressing intricate global supply chain issues.
As a TIPM, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the scalability and sustainability of AWS cloud infrastructure. You'll collaborate with teams in operations, engineering, product management, and finance to translate your strategic vision into reality. This position offers autonomy and the chance to contribute meaningfully to the growth of Amazon Web Services.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of technical infrastructure management experience
- Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to infrastructure (i.e. network, data center, hardware, software)
- Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Anticipates, identifies and drives resolution of technical challenges and inter-dependencies to prevent downstream problems
- Self-motivated problem solver; able to thrive in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment, adapts to change quickly

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $205,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
