Prime Video is seeking a Technical Operations Coordinator to help Amazon’s Global Live Sports Production Technical Operations team. In this role you will work and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive and deliver projects and initiatives for Prime Video. You will coordinate project life cycles and establish effective communication across departments and stakeholders.
You will support our content and operational goals, support technical projects, and help drive innovation on behalf of customers. You will collaborate with internal partners which includes Production, Production Operations, Finance, and Business Development. You will help establish best practices to assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance business needs versus constraints. To be successful, you will need to thrive on a diverse team, think strategically, be detailed driven, and have excellent problem-solving abilities.
Key job responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of technical operations
Creation and tracking of purchase orders
Budget monitoring & reconciliation
Sports events calendar management
Create and maintain technical workflow documentation as it relates to financial processes
Develop process documentation and best practices – working with Tech Management and Lead Production Coordinator
Extensive internal stakeholder management, timeline, and deliverables management
Creation of best practices for documentation
Support live productions
Shipping management
Physical asset assistance – tracking and monitoring in BEAM (asset management)
Interface with cross-functional teams including production ops, finance and business development
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of producer, production manager or line producer experience
- 5 years of budgeting, scheduling and cost reporting experience
- Experience working for an entertainment agency, studio, or organization
- Experience with on-set problem solving
- Experience with above-the-line and below-the-line unions and guilds
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of location specific production guidelines and procedures
- Experience in contracting and legal compliance review

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $80,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $172,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
