We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with strong knowledge technical knoweldge to solve innovative problems via business processes and technology innovations. They will have high visibility and will own the communication, coordination execution, and delivery of technical vision. They will design, coordinate, and execute technical solutions that scale globally. Managing numerous complex systems and organizations, they will be expected to make appropriate trade-offs between business vs. technical constraints, clearly communicating goals, roles, and responsibilities.

There is no typical day in the life of a TPM at Amazon Ops Tech Solutions Team! The role is dynamic, and successful TPMs are able to manage a variety of tasks and context switch as needed from strategic planning to technical decision-making, to tactical execution, and critical time-sensitive problem-solving.
TPMs are responsible for hosting stand-ups and status meetings, developing content for program reviews, managing risks & resources, and keeping schedules up to date and development teams on task.
A TPM may switch between all of these activities throughout the day, or may spend an entire day dedicated to resolving a specific problem, or supporting the team with a hands-on approach, building a prototype, executing a test, or architecting a solution

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. - Create complex, optimized queries and data pipelines to transform raw data into meaningful reports and dashboards.

- Enable data-driven decision making by aggregating information from multiple sources into actionable formats.
- Innovate new metrics and enhance existing ones to support evolving business processes and ensure long-term sustainability.
- Effectively communicate complex analyses and insights to stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing.
- Partner across multiple teams to create centralized data tools that address varied objectives and risk profiles.
- Proven track record in supporting Operations through advanced data mining and the creation of impactful front-end products, with a focus on automation and proactive risk management in large-scale, distributed networks
