Job Summary:
The Agile PLM Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, and delivering comprehensive training programs for users of the Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile PLM functionality, adult learning principles, and excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about empowering users to effectively utilize Agile PLM, driving adoption, and improving overall business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials tailored to different user roles and skill levels.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and ensure accuracy.
- Design training curriculum covering all aspects of Agile PLM functionality.
- Adapt training content based on system updates and business processes.
- Training Delivery and Coordination:
- Schedule, coordinate, and deliver training sessions to various user groups.
- Manage training logistics and track attendance.
- Provide ongoing support to users and communicate training schedules.
- Agile PLM System Knowledge and Support:
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of Agile PLM system functionality.
- Stay updated on system releases and provide user support.
- Contribute to internal documentation for issue resolution.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Evaluate and enhance training programs based on feedback.
- Research new training methods to improve learning experiences.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs for PLM systems.
- Strong understanding of Agile PLM functionalities.
- Experience with adult learning principles and e-learning tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile PLM administration.
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems.
- Industry certifications related to training.
