Amazon Business (AB) is seeking an experienced Website Content Manager to join the fast-growing AB Martech & Operations Team. As a Website Content Program Manager on our team, you will be responsible for supporting Amazon Business’s website content and translation needs across all our marketplaces. This role will be responsible for site content administration, training marketers on best practices for using components built by technical teams, guidelines for SEO while creating content, and supporting marquee campaigns and testing. You will serve as the SME for creating high quality content that drives organic traffic to our website.
Key job responsibilities
• Work at a tactical level to support global content needs for marketers
• Drive efforts to simplify content quality processes and automation needs for content review
• Gather detailed business requirements for content production and globalization of content needs
• Work with global teams to ensure content parity
• Support awareness and acquisition campaigns to ensure timely rollout
• Translate feature requests into technical specifications and influence design and architectural decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams across the organization, evangelizing your team and your projects, building relationships and helping identify existing components that can be leveraged to build delightful user experiences with less development needs
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies to analyze and understand existing processes and workflows.
• Provide automation recommendations to tech teams based on recurring problems in content production issues (example 404 issues)
• Manage multiple content production needs gracefully and balance contending priorities in a rapidly changing
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- • 2 years of experience with large, enterprise scale Content Management System (CMS).
- • Experience explaining high quality content (SEO friendly) concepts to a non-technical audience.
- • Experience managing multiple parallel projects and delivering quality releases on schedule.
- - Experience engaging with translation vendors to configure content global rollout workflows
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
- Demonstrated experience in large-scale project delivery for Martech and web production/operations teams (e.g. integrating new 3rd party tools and launching new integrations on CMS).
- Adobe CMS product experience (Adobe Experience Manager).
- Experience with Transperfect
- Experience with earned media strategies
