About the Role
We are seeking a Sr. Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our team at AWS Enterprise Support.
- Support customers across all industries and sizes, helping them gain the best value and service from AWS.
- Develop strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices.
- Proactively keep customers' AWS environments operationally healthy.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services.
- Represent AWS within a customer's environment, driving discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs, support and risk management.
- Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help customers achieve the greatest value from AWS.
About You
- 5 years of technical engineering experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for one of the following: Compute / Storage / Networking / CDN / Databases / AI/ML / DevOps / Big Data and Analytics / Security / Applications Development in a distributed systems environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, or related discipline required, or 5 years of equivalent work experience.
- Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience as a technical lead.
Salary
$138,200 - $239,000 per year, dependent on location and experience.
