Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively drive group ticket sales through outbound calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Educate potential buyers on seating options, pricing, and exclusive group benefits
- Identify and self-prospect new group sales opportunities within assigned categories
- Manage a diverse sales pipeline using CRM to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximize retention and referrals
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals (revenue and ticket quantity)
- Assist in activating all group sales fan experiences on gamedays
- Actively participate in ticketing meetings, contributing insights and feedback to aid in team performance
- Demonstrate a commitment to growth by taking on new responsibilities and striving to consistently be a top producer
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of one year of sales experience (sports or related industry preferred)
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of prospects
- Positive, team-focused attitude with a competitive drive to succeed
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for engaging clients and collaborating with colleagues
- Self-motivated, confident and capable of performing at a high level daily
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Ticketmaster Archtics is a plus
