Innovation Project Manager
Position Summary
This role sits within AMBSE's Innovation Accelerator, a lean team applying dedicated resources & design thinking to address opportunities through creative solutions centered around our fans & clubs.
The Innovation Project Manager owns the development, maintenance, and implementation of project plans that execute AMBSE's innovation vision & strategic goals. These plans span the entire project lifecycle (from initiation through closure) & are built to accommodate this team's highly dynamic, iterative ways of working. This role partners across other departments & business units to deploy project management best practices, improve execution (on time, on budget) & elevate performance of large, diverse project teams.

This role will be responsible for :
- Creating project plans & documentation defining scope, objectives, outcomes / metrics
- Preparing & adhering to budgets based on project scope; managing change requests
- Estimating resource requirements efficiently & accurately
- Proactively identifying blockers, constraints & bottlenecks; proposing mitigating actions
- Aligning Innovation Accelerator team resources against near- & long-term project needs (setting task prioritization & providing direction to ensure timely, quality output)
- Setting & managing stakeholder expectations, with both internal & external parties
- Updating plans & tracking progress across the team's portfolio of innovation initiatives
- Supporting the design-led, user-centric innovation process (ideation, research, insights)
- Serving as a role model & champion of project management excellence across AMBSE
