- Actively engage throughout the week, participating in ongoing training and planning sessions to ensure success.
- No prior insurance experience; we provide extensive training.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starting attitude, and results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence.
- A customer-service-oriented mindset.
- A Life and Health license is required for onboarding. If you don't have licenses we assist in acquiring them!
- Performance-based compensations with advanced commissions and lifetime vesting.
- No commission cap; average 1st Year Earnings of $70k to $90, with top producers earning $100k
- Rapidly growing company with ample room for advancement and internal promotions.
