AMBA is seeking candidates for the following position based in our Austin, TX office: Trainer & Agent Support.
Your Day To Day
- Deliver two onboarding training classes monthly for new outside sales field agents—one virtual and one in-person.
- Support training build-outs for our Inside Sales team.
- Teach core sales and insurance concepts, including sales processes, product knowledge, customer service, and tools like Salesforce and CRM platforms.
- Foster an inclusive and motivational learning environment to empower agents.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Support, and Operations teams to align training with business goals.
- Consistently assess, improve, and innovate training platforms and materials.
- Identify training needs and design engaging content (e.g., modules, videos, and materials).
- Track performance and analyze training outcomes to ensure program success.
- Have 2-3 years of experience in sales, insurance, or training roles.
- Demonstrate a strong track record in adult education or leadership-focused training.
- Can obtain a life and health insurance license within 90 days of onboarding.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Are proficient in tools like Salesforce, CRMs, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Excel at prioritization, meeting deadlines, and managing projects in fast-paced environments.
