- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
What We're Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in a remanufacturing or manufacturing production environment
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Demonstrated knowledge of remanufacturing assembly and test processes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage production workers
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with other departments
