About the Role :

As a Superintendent, you will oversee high-end residential construction projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship, seamless coordination, and project success. Daily Life :

Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house trades to maintain workflow efficiency. Enforce safety protocols and quality standards while troubleshooting site challenges. Lead weekly Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings, fostering clear communication and alignment.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee job site operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and self-performed trades to ensure project milestones are met.
Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, permitting, and inspections.
Utilize construction management software and digital plan review tools.
Lead MEP coordination, structural work, and high-detail finish execution.
Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and design teams through proactive communication.

Ideal Candidate :

10 years of experience in high-end residential or complex commercial construction.

Expertise in blueprint interpretation, project scheduling, and budget management.

Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to mentor and develop staff.

In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and inspection requirements.

Proficient in construction management software and digital workflow tools.
