Position : Part-Time, 7 PM - 7 AM (Weekends)
Overview :
Ambassador Healthcare at College Park is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Weekend Warrior . The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting and a passion for delivering high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, ensuring compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to physicians, supervisors, or other healthcare team members.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document resident care plans, updates, and interventions accurately.
- Assist in supervising CNAs and other support staff to ensure optimal care delivery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide a holistic approach to resident care.
- Uphold infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for residents and staff.
