Job Description: LPN or RN Weekend Warrior
Facility: Ambassador Healthcare at College Park
Position: Part-Time, 7 PM - 7 AM (Weekends)

Overview:
Ambassador Healthcare at College Park is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Weekend Warrior. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting and a passion for delivering high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, ensuring compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to physicians, supervisors, or other healthcare team members.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document resident care plans, updates, and interventions accurately.
• Assist in supervising CNAs and other support staff to ensure optimal care delivery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide a holistic approach to resident care.
• Uphold infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid LPN or RN license in the state of employment.
• A minimum of 1 year of nursing home or long-term care experience is required.
• Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills.
• Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently during overnight weekend shifts.

Compensation:

• LPN: Up to $30/hour shift differential
• RN: Up to $35/hour $8 shift differential
