Position : Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location : Fort Myers, Florida
Shift : PRN
Salary : $57 per hour
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, develop, and execute speech-language pathology and audiology services, ensuring alignment with ASHA guidelines and physician orders.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators to the rehabilitation director, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Ensure appropriate documentation, billing, and coding for residents receiving services.
- Adhere to health inspection survey readiness, OSHA requirements, and other relevant regulations.
- Promote safe work practices and accident prevention measures to protect staff and residents.
- Maintain high standards of regulatory compliance for the speech-language pathology department.
- Supervise staff and promote a harmonious, compliant working environment.
- Maintain and sanitize all speech-language pathology and audiology equipment per facility guidelines.
- Participate in safety drills, trainings, and fulfill responsibilities during emergency plan activation.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, visitors, and staff through tact and professionalism.
- Complete assigned training and skills competency as a condition of employment.
