Your Role : Outside Sales Rep / Design Consultant

As a vital member of our team, you'll be instrumental in our operations :

Relationship Building : Forge connections with pre-qualified homeowners (yes, we generate leads and set appointments for you) and occasionally generate your own leads.

Consultative Approach : Present our industry-leading products through sales presentations, utilizing our patented iPad software to design customized window and door solutions that meet homeowners' needs.

Deal Closer : Prepare quotes, close deals, and fulfill homeowners' needs by turning their vision into reality.

Continuous Improvement : Engage in ongoing sales training to sharpen your skills and increase your sales performance.

Requirements

Who You Are :

Experience : 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals.

Customer-Centric : Your focus is on exceeding customer expectations through exceptional service.

Driven & Results-Oriented : Self-motivated, with a goal-oriented mindset and a knack for achieving results.

Education & Abilities : A college degree or a combination of education and experience, along with the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Salary Description

150,000 (100% Commission)
