What are the responsibilities and job description for the Third Shift Guest Services Agent - FT and PT Openings position at Ambassador Hotel, Milwaukee?
The Ambassador Hotel, located in Downtown Milwaukee, is searching for enthusiastic, guest service oriented people to join our team! Our Guest Services department has an opening for a part time 3rd shift (11p-7a) team member that will cover two nights a week as well as a full time opening that will cover 5 nights per week.

Front Desk duties will include:
- Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when guests report problems.
- Checking in / out guests
- Assisting guests with reservations
- Answering phones
- Handling guest requests
- Performing Night Audit to "rollover" the software system to the next date
- Providing general assistance and service to guests
Experience & Qualifications,
- Must be able to stand / walk / climb stairs
- Familiar with downtown Milwaukee both direction-ally and conversationally
- Professional and friendly demeanor both in person and on telephone
- Proven experience with strong customer service skills, including ability to handle guest complaints and/or concerns
- Lift approximately fifty (50) pounds of guest luggage or supplies on and off a cart, using safe lifting techniques
- Push and pull carts weighing up to one hundred (100) pounds
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with guests and associates, including the abilities to give directions, instructions, information, answer questions and provide service required
