About Zeta CDL School:

The Zeta Driving School is changing how driving school is delivered. We have developed a completely flexible and self-paced program that makes getting a commercial driver’s license (CDL A) accessible for students without having to sacrifice work, school, or family time. We partner with hundreds of the largest trucking companies around the country to help our students land stable and high-paying jobs in the logistics industry, even before they graduate!

Originally based in the greater Kansas City area, the Zeta Driving School is rapidly expanding to cities across the United States.

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with pre-qualified applicants, helping them decide if obtaining their CDL-A is the right path for them.
• Guide candidates through the enrollment process, providing support by phone, text, and email.
• Coordinate with workforce grant agencies and loan partners to ensure candidates have access to the financial support they need.
• Assist military candidates in utilizing their GI Bill benefits.
• Network on-site with candidates on the Fort Riley base 2 days per week.
• Foster strong relationships with applicants and act as a trusted resource throughout their journey.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for helping others achieve their career goals.
• Strong communication skills – you’ll be speaking with potential candidates via phone, email, and text.
• Experience in recruitment or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Military spouses are highly encouraged to apply, as this role offers flexibility and an understanding of military life.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple conversations at once.
