No weekends ! Ambassador Personnel is currently recruiting for a 1st shift Production Supervisor for our partner in Leeds, AL.
Position Overview :
The 1st shift Production Supervisor is responsible for daily supervision of production employees. Monitoring productivity and evaluating the performance of personnel. The 1st shift Production Manager will also be responsible for maintaining records, work orders, forms and running daily report. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP is required. This is a 6 month assignment with the possibility of becoming long term.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and train production employees.
- Maintaining records, work instructions and forms.
- Oversee daily production processes.
- Manage daily reports in Microsoft Excel and Access.
