Ambassador Personnel is looking for a Second Shift Production Line Leader in Charlotte, NC. This is a contract to hire position with an established company. They are growing rapidly and are looking to add staff to keep up with their expanding business .
Hours- Monday – Friday 4PM to 2 : 00AM
Hourly Rate - $22.50 / hr
The Production Line Leader be responsible for maintaining safety, performance, and quality expectations in their designated area. This person will also be responsible for coaching and improving the performance of the employees in this area. Additionally, this is a high visibility role that will entail working with leaders to solve problems.
Requirements :
Previous manufacturing experience required.
Able to read and write in English required.
Basic math skills with ability to perform basic math calculations, such as, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Plus, knowledge of fractions and decimals.
Bilingual (English - Spanish) is a huge plus.
