Ambassador is actively recruiting for experienced Machine Operators for a rapidly growing international organization that is privately held. They have just opened a second location in North Charlotte and are looking to hire immediately.
Machine Operators are responsible for safely and efficiently operating various production machines to meet quality and output targets. These are 2-3-2 shifts / start & end times do not fluctuate.
As a Machine Operator you will be responsible for the startup, operation, clean up, and shut down, of machines and other equipment and processes in accordance with standard operating procedures and in manner that keeps pace with demand and meets acceptable production and quality targets. Additionally, this role will allow you to utilize your 5S and lean best practices on a daily basis.
Machine Operator Requirements :
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
- 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing production environment and / or working with manufacturers.
- Ability moving, bending, pushing, and lifting capability up to 40 lbs.
- Basic knowledge and comfortable using computers and system to input data.
