Ambassador Personnel is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Consultant I to join our team in Houston, TX. This is a 100% onsite role that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.
Job Description :
Conduct interviews via Microsoft Teams.
Collaborate with suppliers and customers to ensure effective engagement.
Leverage copywriting expertise to create high-quality content.
Ensure excellent communication and English grammar skills are applied in all tasks.Utilize ServiceNow (SNow), Outlook, and Excel to manage responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities :
Engage, train, and manage supplier relationships to capture enriched content.
Triage and escalate customer feedback requests via ServiceNow.
Create, maintain, and retire item Master Data Management (MDM) for features and benefits.
Manage and respond to team mailbox inquiries from inter-company teams and customers.
Required Experience and Skills :
Education : Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
Experience :
- 1-3 years in a business or data analyst role.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Beginner-level experience with SQL.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Visualization).
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrates a team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate.
- Ability to identify process flaws and implement improvements.
Preferred Qualifications :
Copywriting experience is highly desired.
