Ambassador has immediate needs for an Inventory Clerk for a local manufacturing facility in the Clover, SC area; this is a great opportunity with a growing business.

Positions are 1st shift, temp to hire after 90 days.
Paid weekly.
Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm OR 8am - 5pm.
Major Responsibilities:
- Update inventory availability across multiple e-comm customer portals to ensure compliance with customer metrics.
- Review raw material and finished good inventory levels and coordinate with Planner/Buyer to ensure proper material flow to prevent stock-outs.
- Forecast demand based on historical consumption and input from Account Manager.
- Track stock levels at customer warehouses and coordinate FBA shipments once inventory triggers are met.
- Prepare and issue work orders as needed.
- Print box and packaging labels to accompany work orders as needed.
- Process completed work orders in NetSuite as *Finished Goods*
- Coordinate inventory transfer of finished goods to appropriate customer warehouses
- Provide FBA conversion information, ensuring compliance with Amazon’s requirements.
- Actively work to optimize packaging for both material and shipping cost.
- Act as a backup to members of the Purchasing Department and support as necessary.
- Any other duties as determined by Supply Chain Manager.
Required Experience:
- 2 years of experience in materials, inventory, or warehouse role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc...)
- Ability to create spreadsheets within Excel as well as manipulate data or input formulas.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of general inventory processes.
- Familiarity with NetSuite a plus.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central a plus.
