What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Laborer position at Ambassador Personnel, Inc. [Macon, GA]?
We are hiring General Laborers in the Hampshire, IL area. Great day shift hours!! Monday-Friday!!
The General Laborer will perform general manual labor tasks including but not limited to: sorting meat, packing, boxing, and/or palletizing, and assisting with a variety of additional functions and manual labor tasks as needed. Has knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and food safety policies. Must work in a cold and wet environment. Must be okay working with meat of all species (chicken, beef, pork, veal, lamb, etc.) Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
- Must pay attention to details.
- Must be adaptable.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30am until production is done.
