The Outside Sales Representative’s primary goal is to close new / reactivated business to meet or exceed the company goals.
A few key responsibilities of the Outside Sales Representative include, but are not limited to the following :
- Increase billable hours, total sales dollars, and gross profit through focused sales strategies and closing new accounts
- Generate new business through outside sales activities including cold calling, prospecting, territory planning, and client relationship building
- Exceed goals of new / reactivated clients per quarter
- Generate increases in gross profit from new / reactivated clients
- Preparation of proposal process for clients to include pricing, agreement negotiations, and client presentations
- Promote branch awareness by creating and maintaining community relationships and involvement and doing cold calling
- Document all sales active daily for potential and new clients
Requirements :
Salary :
40,000 to $45,000 per year (plus Commission)
