This position is 100% remote! The hours are Monday-Friday first shift hours EASTERN TIME ZONE! Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in compensation, with a strong focus on sales compensation.
Job Summary :
This detail-oriented role manages the administration of sales compensation programs, ensuring compliance with legal standards and alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities include overseeing compensation plans, such as incentive structures, commissions, bonuses, and sales performance data governance. The individual will accurately calculate manual incentives monthly, ensuring completeness and adherence to pay plans. Additionally, this role will work closely with cross-functional teams to document sales compensation programs and identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve the efficiency of compensation plan administration.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 3 years in compensation, with a strong focus on sales compensation administration and plan governance.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and managing sales compensation programs, including incentive structures, commissions, bonuses, and payment calculations.
- Strong functional knowledge of Excel specific to creating, formatting, and evaluating formulas. Proficient in Excel, Word, and other MS Office products and / or Google Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build successful relationships and collaborate across all levels
