We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Tuscaloosa, AL branch. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of success in staffing or related industries. As the Branch Manager, you will drive business growth, manage operations, and foster a high-performing team environment.
A Few Key Responsibilities:
- Financial responsibility for meeting or exceeding the annual budget for the branch.
- Recruitment, training, management, and development of branch team
- Manage all sales, operations, and financial aspects of the branch by ensuring proper usage of sales and recruiting pipelines and financial reports.
- Create new and build on existing client relationships to increase the branch's profitability.
- Work with clients on current employee issues, incidents, injuries, performance, etc.
- Deliver top-notch customer service to both candidates and clients.
Skills Required:
- Management and/or recruiting experience in a staffing firm environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to successfully communicate verbally and in writing.
- Experience managing budgets, A/R, collections, P&L’s, and all branch financials.
- Able to demonstrate exemplary performance in attitude, attendance, and professional image.
- Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes.
- Able to demonstrate effective negotiation and closing techniques.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- You have to be able to work independently and be self-motivated.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years of verifiable related experience is required.
