What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Maintenance Technician position at Ambassador Personnel, Inc.?
Ambassador Personnel is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician in Jamestown, NC. The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing all construction work and all maintenance work not done by the Engineering Department or outside contractors. The Building Maintenance Technician should be able to operate hand and power tools, and other equipment and material used in building maintenance. The Building Maintenance Technician will need strong carpentry, masonry, plumbing, HVAC and some electrical skills to be successful in this role.
Responsibilities :
- Performs building maintenance and repair
- Maintaining the overall physical appearance of the plant.
- Assists Engineering personnel as necessary.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- Practices and complies with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment,
Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.).
