Dispatcher Customer Service

We are seeking a Dispatcher Customer Service Pro to join our team! You will be responsible for helping our clients and teams by providing top notch support when scheduling work for crews.

Responsibilities:

• Support clients want to schedule jobs
• Provide information about the job and set expectations for clients and crews
• Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling issues
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Check in with previous clients to schedule
