Job Description:

• Totally 3-5 years of experience in IT Recruiting
• Job posting in job portals.​Screening the profile based on the requirement.
• Analyzing the candidate skills through phone screening.​ Submitting the suitable
• candidate to the client. Responsible for complete end to end recruitment for internal and client
• requirement.
• Interacting with hiring manager for requirement gathering.
• Sourcing the profiles through job portals like Naukri, really, hirist, LinkedIn etc.
• Follow up with the candidate and client throughout the recruitment process till joining.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
