Senior Quality Engineer

- Support in developing, implementing and coordinating the Integrated Management System (IMS) to meet or exceed IATF 16949 : 2016 certification requirements.
- Maintain, enforce, and apply Corporate Quality programs, policies, and procedures; including evaluating the precision and accuracy of production, testing measurement and analytic equipment.
- Maintain and improve documentation to support production processes and ensure Quality of manufactured product.
- Maintain program related Quality Documentation (process flow chart, P-FMEA, control plan).
- Perform required PPAP studies and documentation, (i.e. dimensional weight studies,etc.)
- Provide information to support lessons learned efforts based on internal and customer related Quality issues.
- Provide training on processes, procedures and standards defined in the Integrated Management System (IMS), as needed.
- Responsible for maintaining 5S in department and periodically participating with audit process.
- Support in preparations and participate in activities related to IATF16949, Customer and CCC / CCAP Audits, as needed.
- Responsible for Customer Complaint management and activities relating to root-cause analysis, corrective actions, 8D’s and tracking within the customer portals.

Salary : $95,000 - $100,000
