Role Description
This is a contract role for a Certified Medical Assistant, based on-site in Seattle, WA. The Certified Medical Assistant will be responsible for providing patient care, assisting with medical procedures, managing medical records, and ensuring efficient operations of the medical office. Day-to-day tasks include taking patient histories, performing clinical tasks, updating medical records, and supporting healthcare professionals in delivering quality care to patients.
Qualifications
- Skills in Medical Assisting and Patient Care
- Proficiency in Medical Terminology
- Experience in Medical Office management and handling Medical Records
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
- BLS through AHA
- Charting: EPIC
