Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide personal care and support for individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Personal Care Assistance: Help patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Mobility Support: Assist with walking, transferring patients from bed to chair, and other mobility-related tasks.
- Medication Reminders: Remind patients to take their prescribed medications as directed by their healthcare provider.
- Household Assistance: Perform light housekeeping tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and maintaining a clean living environment.
