This is a contract Hospital Pharmacist role located on-site in Aberdeen, Washington, United States The Hospital Pharmacist will be responsible for pharmacy practice, pharmaceutical care, compounding medication, and providing medicine-related expertise. Day-to-day tasks include dispensing medications, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.
Qualifications
- Pharmacy Practice and Pharmaceutical Care skills
- Medicine and Compounding expertise
- Ability to create and manage pharmacy-related processes
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team
- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is a plus
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree
