Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Skilled Nursing Facility
Shift: Nights | Start Date: 12/16/2024 | Duration: 13 weeks
Job Summary:
Provide high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing facility under the direction of a charge RN. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, administering medications, performing treatments (e.g., IV starts, EKGs), documenting care, responding to emergencies, and assisting with patient education. Ensure adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies while maintaining patient confidentiality and dignity.
Qualifications:
- Active California LVN license.
- Current BLS CPR certification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting.
- Strong assessment, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
