Requirements:
- Bachelors with a 4 year degree, or post graduate Masters
- PT ONLY, will not accept a PTA
- Candidates will need to have valid PT License (Proof) in MN, Min Requirements Bachelors with a 4 year degree, or post graduate Masters
- Candidates will need to have had a MDHS Netstudy background check completed in the last year
