Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Perfusionist located in Charlotte, NC. The Perfusionist will be responsible for operating the heart-lung machine and other ancillary apparatuses during medical procedures including cardiac surgery. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and adjusting cardiopulmonary support systems, assisting surgical teams, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining and calibrating perfusion equipment.

Qualifications
- Experience in Perfusion and Cardiopulmonary support systems
- Knowledge of Medicine and Cardiac Surgery
- Skills in Surgery and understanding of surgical protocols and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a surgical team
- Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
