Summary

As an RN in the ICU, you will be integral to delivering high-quality patient care in a critical environment. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, you will utilize your core skills in patient assessment, catheterization, and IV insertion to manage complex cases effectively. Your certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS, along with your ICU experience, will ensure you provide optimal support to patients and families. With premium skills in critical care and familiarity with EHR systems, you will contribute to a collaborative healthcare team dedicated to improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care in the ICU, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
• Perform catheterization, IV insertion, and tube feeding as required.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings in EHR systems.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure adherence to ACLS and BLS protocols during critical situations.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and their families.
