Psych RN

• Shift: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm and 7:00 pm - 7:00 am
• At least 1 year of previous experience in mental health nursing required

RN LTC Post Acute

• Shift: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm and 7:00 pm - 7:00 am
• 1-3 years previous RN experience

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Post-Acute Long-Term Care

• Shift: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm and 7:00 pm - 7:00 am
• 7-10 years of previous LPN experience

Requirements for Role:

• Active ME or Compact RN/LPN License
• BLS (AHA) Certification
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, depending on the position

Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver patient-centered care in home health, skilled nursing, or acute care settings
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient conditions
• Ensure accurate documentation in EHR systems
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans
• Supervise and support team members to ensure safe, high-quality care
