Patient Population:
- Surgical (Ortho, Neuro, Colorectal, Urology, GI)
- Medical/Surgical (Urology, GI, Nephrology, Cardiac/Tele, Pulmonary, Geriatrics)
- Patient Ratios: 1:5
- 40-bed unit
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to established care protocols.
- Support a safe and healing environment while advocating for patient needs.
- Participate in unit-based councils and shared governance initiatives to enhance clinical excellence.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active RN license.
