Job Description :
- Continuously observe and assess patients’ heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen levels, and other vital signs using telemetry devices.
- Identify any abnormal readings and respond quickly to prevent complications.
- Conduct regular physical assessments of patients to evaluate their overall health and progress.
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in electronic medical records (EMRs).
