Summary
As a Social Worker, you will be integral in providing compassionate support and guidance to individuals and families facing various challenges. Reporting to the Clinical Supervisor, you will utilize core skills such as behavioral therapy and patient assessment to deliver effective clinical counseling. Your premium expertise in psychotherapy and experience with children will enhance your ability to address diverse needs, including those of individuals with developmental disabilities. With a focus on patient care and adherence to HIPAA regulations, you will contribute to fostering a supportive environment for healing and growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Provide behavioral therapy and clinical counseling to individuals and families, utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care, including crisis intervention and support for developmental disabilities.
- Engage in community outreach and provide home care services as needed.
