Title: Sterile Processing Technician Coordinator
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Dallas, TX
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate staff schedules and workloads to meet daily operating room needs
Oversee decontamination, sterilization, and packaging of instrument trays
Monitor sterilizer biological testing and ensure proper equipment function
Manage equipment repairs and consignment processing
Identify areas for workflow and quality improvement
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Minimum 2 years in sterile processing
Certifications: One required—CST, CBSPD, CRCST, or CSPDT (AHA-approved)
Tech: Experience with Epic EMR preferred
