Position Details:
- Job Title: Sterile Processing (SPD) Supervisor
- Location: Pagosa Springs, CO
- Duration: 13 Weeks
- Shift: Monday – Friday (Day Shift)
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of sterile processing, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage decontamination, cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices and instrument care.
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure all infection control protocols and manufacturer’s Instructions for Use (IFUs) are followed.
- Fulfill duties outlined in the Technician II: Certified Sterile Processing job description.
Requirements:
- Active State License (Must be currently active)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sterile processing
- Strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation, sterilization techniques, and regulatory standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,200.00 per week
