About the Role :
We are seeking a highly experienced Aerospace Consultant with a strong background in Aerospace Engineering and senior leadership to support our clients in the Aerospace & Defense industry . The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of leadership experience , providing strategic guidance, operational improvements, and technical expertise to drive innovation and efficiency in aerospace manufacturing and engineering environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic consulting and technical advisory services to aerospace clients, focusing on manufacturing, engineering, and operational excellence .
- Lead process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and performance optimization in aerospace production and engineering functions.
- Support new product development, compliance, and regulatory adherence (FAA, AS9100, ITAR, etc.).
- Conduct gap analysis and implement best practices for supply chain, quality control, and advanced manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, R&D, production, and leadership to drive business transformation .
- Assess and advise on the integration of Industry 4.0, digital transformation, and automation in aerospace operations.
- Develop and deliver executive-level reports, recommendations, and presentations to senior stakeholders.
