Your Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll do more than oversee projects, you’ll lead project managers and guide them toward success. Your mission: ensure our projects stay on time, on budget, and exceed client expectations while coaching and developing the next generation of project leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Mentorship
- Supervise, train, and mentor multiple Project Managers, reinforcing company standards and best practices.
- Develop future leaders by fostering a culture of accountability, initiative, and professional growth.
- Ensure PMs master project accountability, financial oversight, and client relationship management.
Project Management Excellence
- Set project objectives, policies, and performance standards.
- Drive financial success through smart budgeting, cost tracking, and contract negotiations.
- Oversee change orders, billing, and projections to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with Superintendents to track progress, maintain schedules, and resolve challenges.
Strategic Oversight & Operational Efficiency
- Ensure seamless coordination across teams, including clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Maintain strict safety compliance, documentation, and team training.
- Lead personnel management, performance evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide regular financial reports and project updates to leadership.
