Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all operations. You will play a critical role in production planning, and inventory control while driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and possess excellent analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of leadership, supervising teams of 6 or more team members.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company goals.
- Manage the planning processes to insure effieciency.
- Oversee, Lead, Coach, and develop all departments in the warehouse. Including Office Inventory Staff, Ecommerce team, Delivery team, and Inventory Stock Team.
- Coordinate production planning efforts to optimize manufacturing schedules.
- Maintain effective inventory control systems.
- Utilize Point of Sale System for inventory accuracy.
- Implement and coach to best practices in all departments. Champion what great behaviors and expectations in with every team member.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall supply chain performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of supply chain operations.
Experience
- Proven experience in supply chain management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of demand planning, and inventory control process.
- Previous team leadership is non negotiable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
