As an Agent Team Member, you will be responsible to…

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

As an Agent Team Member, you will need to be…

Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.

Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferred.

Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.

Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening) to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members.

Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.

Self-motivated.

Proactive in problem-solving.

Previous insurance service experience. State Farm experience preferred.

Bilingual - Spanish preferred.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Property & Casualty license

Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

This position may require you to work certain evenings (for marketing / events) and / or Saturdays.
