**About the Role:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Coordinator to join our Ambercare team. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative activities, collaborating with Corporate HR, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
**Responsibilities Include:**
- Oversight of new hire process, including documentation and employee records.
- Benefit enrollment processes collaboration with Corporate HR team.
- Escalated client complaints and theft claims resolution.
- WOTC applications, Forms I-9, and other paperwork completion.
- Leave of absence request reporting and HR team assistance.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bilingual (Spanish) desired.
- Three to five years of experience in healthcare or related field.
- Basic medical terminology understanding.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and scheduling program.
